What's in a Form?

A. Write your question here. If you want students to write their name on the form, make sure to put it as a question.

B. If the question is multiple choice, answers go here.

C. If you make the form a quiz, click the answer key button to select the correct answer and assign point values.

D. Change the question type. Question types are listed above on the right.

E. Duplicate a question.

F. Delete a question.

G. If a question is required, then students must answer it before submitting. If you do not make it required, they can submit without answering.

Now that our email addresses are active, if you click "collect email addresses" box, the form will take student email addresses. You can then select for students to get an email of their results.
Choose the LOCKED MODE and when the students are in the form, they will not be allowed to open tabs or use any other applications until they push submit.
If you want students to take the form only once, make sure to click limit to 1 response. Also make sure the "edit after submit" button is not clicked.
If you make it a quiz, select a correct answer, and assign point values, Forms will automatically grade multiple choice questions (if you tell it to so)
