Team Meetings are meant to share information about a child and family based on a specific team member's interactions or interventions with the child or family.Â
The purpose of a team meeting is:
Joint accountability among team members for all families served by the team
To share information among team members as families move through the early intervention process
For role assistance in the form of colleague-to-colleague coaching to support the Primary Coach, including;
Discussions about what the Primary Coach has tried and needs support with, and
Scheduling Joint Visits as needed
