Internal coaches need to observe their coachee in a home visit as part of the Practice Based Coaching cycle. Your implementation team will need to discuss how the internal coaches will do these observations- in person, video or a combination.

- What type of technology (iPad, camcorder, swivl, etc) will you use?
- What type of training, resources or support might your team need to use the technology and to learn how to upload or share videos with their coach?
- What are your district's media polices for obtaining permission, storing the videos, deleting footage, etc?
- How will you describe the plan for taking and using video to families and caregivers?
Once these decisions are made, you may want to add this Technology Plan to your EQIP Implementation Plan.
