We will post any presentations, handouts and additional resources we give throughout the year that pertain to post-secondary planning. Please get in touch with your counselor if you have any questions.
Requesting Final Transcripts - please follow these directions in order to have your final transcript sent to the college you will be attending.
Graduation Requirements - this handout outlines the graduation requirements all students must meet to earn their diploma at Methuen High School.
Class of 2025 Brag Sheet - all seniors should complete this as soon as possible as counselors use this information when writing letters of recommendation and when nominating students for scholarships or awards that come into the School Counseling Office.
Junior Postsecondary Planning Summer Checklist - use this as a guide for what you should be doing from the mid-point of junior year until you return in September of your senior year.
Teacher Recommendation Request Form - complete this form and give to each individual teacher who will be writing a letter of recommendation.
MHS Resume & Cover Letter Templates - students can use this template to create their unique resume for applications, scholarships or for work.
Questions for Admissions Representatives - suggested questions for you when meeting with a representative either by phone, in person or virtual.

MHS College Application Manager - a printable document so you can fill in due dates and other important planning requirements once you have narrowed down your list.

Naviance Resources - this folder contains several instructional PDF's on how to utilize the various sections of Naviance. If you need assistance, please reach out to your counselor.
Class of 2024 Postsecondary Planning Information - this handout has a plethora of information regarding the planning process for life after high school, be it college, work, trade school, financial aid, etc.
Matching Common App with your Naviance Account? Simply click on the "Match Accounts" button and type in your user name and ID for Common App. From there you will need to sign in again to Naviance but now your Naviance and Common Application Accounts are matched.
