Applying Directly to the College
Applying Directly to the College
Some colleges aren't on the Common App or the Coalition and students need to apply directly to the college with the school specific application found on the college's website.
There are sometimes incentives for students who apply directly to the institution rather than through the common app (if both options are offered). For example, some schools waive an application fee if the student applies directly to the school. This is not always the case. Please do your research to see if there are any benefits to applying directly to the school or if applying through the Common App (if this is an option) is the best decision for you.
