What exactly is Covid? Covid-19 is an extremely contagious virus that has caused a worldwide pandemic. The Covid virus has been around for way longer than just a few years.
Although Covid is spreading, it is very easy to avoid. A very easy thing you should do is wash your hands. Washing your hands can help kill the germs on your hands. Using hand sanitizer works as well but it’s not the best. If it is possible, stay inside. If you are feeling sick you should stay home and socially distance yourself from other people. If you think you have been exposed to Covid the best thing to do is to stay home. If you feel sick and it does not get better, call your doctor and get professional help.
How to avoid Covid
The result of Covid can be extremely damaging to the brain and lungs. Covid symptoms usually take about 2-14 days after you have been exposed to start showing. There are also many ways to avoid getting Covid, although no one knows if it is completely possible to never get it. A few ways that you can avoid getting Covid is to stay inside, wear a mask anytime you leave your house, wash your hands constantly, wash your hands before you eat, don’t touch your mouth or eyes with dirty hands, and stay away from people who may have Covid.
Covid vaccine
The Covid vaccine was developed so quickly in order to stop the spread of Covid. As you might remember, teachers in Medina City Schools got the first dose of the vaccine. This vaccine is very important to everyone in the world because no one wants Covid to keep killing their loved ones and taking everything away from them. Covid will never go away, but if the vaccine works we can control Covid and there won’t be as many cases. Hopefully, by next year or even this summer, Covid will be just like the flu and we will have a vaccine that works.
For all the health care workers, nurses, doctors, first responders, teachers, and everyone who has put their life on the line thank you for helping us get better. Stay safe and always be careful to not catch Covid.
Some signs and symptoms of Covid are:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting

The symptoms of Covid can be almost anything, even if you are not sick with the Coronavirus and it is just a cold, it is better to consult a doctor, nurse, or trained professional.
