Entering Data into the Google Form

Using a Google Form to document Arboretum Tree Additions and Removals

From a computer, or smart device (phone or tablet) open a web browser and copy this link. Since the form is restricted to Medford Leas staff and residents, you may be aasked to log in with your medfordleas.net account.

The Form will open. 

Click in the answer fields for each question and type in your answer. Depending on your answers, the form will jump to another page and ask for more information about whether the tree is being added or removed, whether the tree is a memorial for someone and whether you want to upload a photo or another type of file.

Once you have entered the required information, the data in the form will be automatically entered in a spreadsheet for the database administrator to process.
