One Act 1969 - Of Mice and Men

The one act production of John Steinbeck's Of Mice and Men directed by George Demas with Tech Director Joyce Higgins earned MDI High School its very first state drama championship, one of ten that would follow in the first 50 years of the program.

The caption reads, "The highly honored cast are: (left) Lavern Joyce, Kevin Jones and Robert Gascon; (center) Leon Chai, and Cam Grant; (top rear) Bob Woodworth, Steve Moon, Jane Whitten and Katy Good; and (foreground) Bruce Beal, Hal Clark, Norm Moulton and Mike Anderson."
