If you are selected as a Speaker, we will try to accommodate your requests for day and time,

but please note that none of the days or time slots requested via the form are guaranteed.

The Forums Chair must reserve the right to schedule a presentation at any time during the conference.

Also: Speakers need to go to the Attendee Registration page to sign up for the conference, as well as submitting this form.

However, please wait to do this until you have received confirmation that you are a scheduled speaker.

At that time, a discount code will be provided by the Registration Chair that can be used for one free conference general admission.

COVID-19

Pacificon is committed to keeping our guests and staff as safe as we can during our convention. We will follow the recommendations and mandates from the Contra Costa County health officials that are in effect at the time of the convention.

In compliance with those mandates, to attend Pacificon 2021 you must verify that you are either 1.) fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to the event or 2.) have a negative result on a COVID test taken no more than 3 days prior to the event. Also, attendees will be required to wear a mask in all public areas.
