TPMS Summer Reading 2025

Attention rising 6th, 7th, and 8th graders: During the summer, please complete one of the following assignments.

Summer Reading SSL Extension Assignment Students will have the opportunity to select a book from a list connected to important social issues. Students will earn 8 SSL hours for reading the book and creating a project to advocate for a specific social issue in the community. See the assignment for directions and more information.
Summer Reading Assignment: Students are encouraged to read two texts and create a choice reflection to turn in at the beginning of the school year. See the assignment for more information and directions. This assignment is not eligible for SSL hours. Please contact Ms. Todhunter with any questions about summer reading.
