Cheryl Kagan Scholarship
To be eligible you must have a completed FAFSA and have a MDCAPS account.
Additional qualifications:
Submit thoughtful, well-written essays;
Demonstrate academic rigor;
Perform volunteer service in the community;
Attend Montgomery College, a school in the Universities at Shady Grove System, or a school in the University System of Maryland.
Have a verifiable history of voting (any party, any candidate), if eligible.

Attend a Maryland College/University
Maintain at least 6 credits per college semester
Estimated family income MUST be below $125,000
There is an additional scholarship for displaced federal workers and immediate family members.
