Montgomery County Recreation offers a wide variety of exciting summer programs throughout the County with an emphasis on safety, convenience, affordability, and most of all fun. We offer a ton of summer programs that are designed to appeal to a variety of campers. With such a broad range of programming, and experienced and innovative staff, there is something for everyone.  

Join the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office for the Students Accessing Opportunities (S.A.O.) Summer Academy. The Academy is a 4-day program for middle schoolers. Student participants will learn an array of life skills that will help students to reach their fullest potential while addressing some of today's hottest topics and issues. Montgomery College Summer Youth Programs now has 14 camps approved for SSL hours. We work with MCPS to develop camps that are fun while serving the community. MC Summer Youth Programs  offers more than 300 fun filled summer camps for grades 1-12 including Abrakadoodle, Black Rocket, computer skills and programming, engineering skills, Yang Academy of Math and Science, study and testing skills for school success, circus camp, and many more.
