Forest Oak Middle School counselors provide education, prevention, and intervention activities to help students navigate these changes in order to thrive. Our school counseling program equips students with the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary for social-emotional, academic, and college and career development.

Counseling Mission

Forest Oak Middle School Counseling Department mission is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for ALL students to address their academic, college and career goals in addition to supporting their personal and social-emotional needs. To achieve this a partnership between parents/guardians, staff and community members is essential for all students to become successful lifelong learners.
