I bring a tough, disciplined, and player-first approach to this program. This is my eighth year coaching football, primarily on the offensive line and as an offensive coordinator, and I believe games are won up front. Physicality, preparation, and accountability are the foundation of everything I do.

The offensive line sets the tone for everything on the field. I coach linemen to be physical with their hands, disciplined with their eyes, and relentless in their effort. We play fast, we play smart, and we finish. No shortcuts. No excuses. No entitlement.

Off the field, I am a high school Spanish teacher and a proud father, and that shapes how I lead. Coaching is teaching. My goal is to develop young men who are disciplined, confident, and prepared for life beyond football. I coach players hard because I care about them, and I expect them to take pride in their work and in each other.
