On January 21, 2022, Coach Marshall was named the 4th coach in Blake Football history. During his tenure, the football team has soared to new heights. Compiling a 36-13 record while capturing the schools 1st ever regional championship (2023), division titles (2023,2024), and undefeated regular season (2023) while also being named the Montgomery County Coach of the Year (2022,2023).

Coach Marshall believes in Tough Love; instilling the values of a positive attitude in everything that you do, being trustworthy, being accountable, displaying competitive excellence, and maintaining discipline at all times. Prior to becoming the Head Coach, Coach Marshall spent time at Northwood High School, Einstein High School, and Blake High School as the Junior Varsity Head Coach and Varsity Offensive Coordinator

Coach Marshall currently works at Blake High School as the College and Career Navigator in the school counseling department.
