Coach Greaves is a dedicated football coach and former collegiate champion who brings passion, experience, and a player-first mindset to the game. A former wide receiver at Bowie State University, Greaves was part of two championship teams during his collegiate career, competing at a high level and helping set the standard for excellence within the program.

Now entering his 5th year with the program, Coach Greaves has transitioned his championship experience into coaching, specializing in developing wide receivers. His impact has been evident both on and off the field, as multiple receivers under his guidance have earned scholarships and gone on to compete at the collegiate level from Division I through Division III.

Coach Greaves is known for his emphasis on fundamentals, route precision, football IQ, and discipline. Drawing from his own playing career, he understands what it takes to perform at a championship level and works to instill that same mindset in his players. His coaching philosophy centers on accountability, preparation, and developing young men into leaders — not just athletes.
