Senator Greg Albritton is an attorney and graduate of the Thomas B. Goode Jones School of Law, elected to the Alabama Senate in the general elections held on November 4, 2014. Senator Albritton served in the Alabama House of Representatives from 2002-2006. Currently, he represents constituents in Mobile and Baldwin Counties.
Service is the driving force behind Senator Vivian Davis Figures. In 2008, Senator Figures became the first African American woman to become the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate. Her Democratic Senate colleagues elected her to serve as Minority Leader for 2013 and 2014, making her the first woman to serve as Minority Leader in either house. Senator Figures represents citizens in Mobile and Baldwin Counties.
Senator Jack Williams was elected to the Alabama Senate on November 6, 2018, after serving one term in the Alabama House of Representatives. He was born in Mobile County in 1955, raised on the family farm, and has lived his entire life in District 102.
Senator David Sessions was elected to the Alabama Senate on November 6, 2018. Senator Sessions currently serves as president of Grand Bay Water Works, and Producers Gin Co. LLC. Additionally, he serves as a supervisor on the board of the Mobile County Soil and Water Conservation District.
Representative Napoleon Bracy, Jr. was elected to the Alabama House of Representatives on November 2, 2010, and elected as Chairman of the Alabama Legislative Black Caucus in 2013. His political career began in 2004 with the Prichard City Council representing District 3 at age 26. Bracy was reelected to the Prichard City Council in 2008 and was elected Council President.
Adline C. Clarke was first elected on May 21, 2013, to fill an unexpired term, elected to four-year terms in 2014 and 2018. She is a Democratic Party Whip in the House and chairs the Policy Committee of the House Democratic Caucus. She was named a “Legislator of the Year” by the Caucus in 2017. In addition, Representative Adline C. Clarke serves as the Vice-Charmain of the Mobile County Legislative House Delegation.
In 2018, Representative Sam Jones won a successful bid for Alabama House of Representatives, serving House District 99. He got involved in politics through the Democratic Party and was elected to the Mobile County Commission and served four terms. In 2005 Jones was elected first black mayor of the City of Mobile.
Mark Shirey is an Alabama House of Representatives member representing District 100. He assumed office on November 9, 2022, after winning the general election on November 8, 2022.
When Representative Chris Pringle first ran to serve in the Alabama House of Representatives, he did so to find real solutions and because he believes in the legislative process. Chris understands that we need leadership that can preserve our way of life that can only exist here.
Shane Stringer is an Alabama House of Representatives member representing District 102, serving Mobile and Baldwin Counties citizens. Stringer assumed office on November 7, 2018. Representative Shane Stringer is a solid republican standing for Christian, conservative values.
Rep. Barbara Drummond, elected in 2014, is currently serving her second term in the Alabama House of Representatives, representing District 103. Her motto is, “Servant leadership that empowers, enlightens, and enlarge opportunities for people.”
First elected in 2014, Margie has been a proud leader for south Mobile County. During that time, Margie has worked hard to fight against wasteful spending and excessive government regulation, particularly on small businesses. Representative Margie Wilcox serves as the Charmain of the Mobile County Legislative House Delegation.
Chip Brown is a businessman, family man, and veteran. He is a lifelong resident of South Alabama, currently the State Representative for Alabama House District 105.
