We have our own rental instructions, which will be added to the BrightMLS listing for tenant agents to reference. We use an online application that is custom to us and also provides credit, criminal and eviction reports. Application can be found here: https://www.rentapplication.net/apply/mccannteam/
Tenant’s agent will have applicants complete the online. Part of the application tells them to indicate the listing agent
If they select you, the application & reports will hit your email inbox
If they select Mike McCann (the default), closing dept will receive the rental application and send to you
Closings will send applications to landlord with summary by request for you to forward to the landlord for approval

Once landlord reviews, lease should be sent to tenants to sign, then landlord (landlord signs last!)

Once complete, send application & reports to the listing agent with brief summary
We charge a $50 processing fee on ALL rentals. If you do not collect this fee you will be charge $25 processing fee
