When working in Follow Up Boss please make sure you are doing the following:
- Putting COMPLETE contact information, Name, Email, Number, HOME address
- STAGES
  - LEAD
  - Active Lead
  - Active Client
  - Past Client
- TAGS
  - Seller
  - Buyer
  - Tenant
  - Landlord

*There are many more tags you can use but these are the basics

LEAD SOURCES
- This is one of the most important areas in FUB
- SPHERE, VOICEMAIL, MIKE, JIM, DIRECT CALL are not sources
- Please be as specific as possible, I.E Friend of a Friend etc

Sisu.co tracks ALL lead sources and helps our lead manager see what leads are the best and what lead sources are not giving us any income.
Sisu.co is specifically for our lead manager to use, you will not be required to do anything in Sisu.co
- What you will need to do is ACCEPT the invitation sent to you from Sisu.co

In order to get / maintain our Zillow flex you will need to download the Zillow Premier Ap.
When a Zillow lead comes in you will need to make sure you are updating the following:
- The status of the lead (change from NEW, to SPOKE WITH ETC)
- Adding notes in the notes section (can say already has an agent etc)
- Asking the client to CLAIM YOU AS THEIR AGENT
