Complete with laboratory tools and equipment, the STEM laboratories allow students to engage in science investigatory projects and hone their skills in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem solving through the scientific method.

The library is home to various learning tools. It provides non-fiction books such as atlases and encyclopedias in fields of philosophy, psychology, religion, social sciences, languages, sciences, technology, arts, literature, geography, and history. It also offers fiction books such as graphic novels, story collections, and novels. Furthermore, the library is equipped with desktop computers and tablets for students who wish to browse through sources online.

With more than 30 desktop units, the computer room allows students to hone their skills in information technology, utilizing productivity tools, programming, and robotics. The computer subject curriculum also requires students to learn the basics of netiquette. 

One of MCN's core values is integrity of creation. The science garden contains a greenhouse welcome to students who wish to learn more about various fauna.
