Seventh Grade

Seventh Grade is often the most intense year of social-emotional struggles. Students are grappling with increased independence and responsibilities, tougher academic demands, widening social interactions, and time management difficulties. This year's Life Skills curriculum reinforces and builds upon last year's lessons on social skills, emotional awareness, and relationship skills.

A major focus is communication skills, including how to properly apologize. Did you know there are FOUR parts to an apology? Ask a seventh grader after Life Skills class for more info!
