National Scholarships are opportunities to receive money from various organizations and scholarships across the country. There are many ways to research scholarship opportunities online, the following are some we recommend:

Local Scholarships are opportunities to receive money from various organizations within our community and neighboring communities. These opportunities are accessible in various ways.
Scholarship Bulletin Board: There is a bulletin board just down the hall from the School Counseling Office. Scholarship opportunities are posted on the board as they come in. Some scholarships will have web addresses that students will use to apply, others will be paper applications which are located in the counseling office.
Scholarship Bulletin: This is an electronic copy of scholarships that are available. The bulletin is updated regularly. This will be posted on the MCPS website as well as the students senior google classroom(Class of 20__).
