Workshop bread recipe:
1.5 Cups Water
4 Cups Flower (unbleached, bread flower)
1 tbl spoon salt
2 tbl spoon yeast
1 tea spoon brown sugar
3.5 hr bread machine cycle
at ~1 hr into it add raisins (if you're too lasy you can add them in the beginning but it wont ferment as smoothly)
