Part of the benefits of using the MATCH Box Office is the ability to create a variety of reports. Once your event goes on sale we will start tracking and reporting your sales.
Immediately after your event goes on sale we will start sending you sales reports.
Weekly Reports - if your event is more than a month away you will start getting a weekly sales report each Sunday morning that will list all sales from the previous Sunday through Saturday along with a full summary report of tickets sold.
Daily Reports - approximately 3-4 weeks prior to your event date we will start sending these sales reports daily to show you the sales from the previous day.
Should you want to receive daily reports sooner simply let us know.
We don't set this report up automatically because not all groups want to receive it. A Door List Report is a list of all of those who have tickets and are expected to attend your event in one report. It is typically scheduled to arrive in your email one to two hours prior to your event start time. Please let us know if you want to add this to your scheduled reports.
The week following your event you will receive a series of closing reports. They include:
Box Office Summary Report: this file will indicate how your event performed at the box office. If you have any questions about the information provided or would like to request additional information, please let me know.
Attendance Report: this report provides the totals number of tickets purchased for your performance(s), the number of tickets scanned by our ticket scanners, and the number of no-shows.
Patron Detail Report: your patron report breaks down the details of each ticket order and shows you any comments from the patron as well as discount codes used, etc. You can also see what patrons actually attending the performance and which ones didn’t make it.
Patron Closeout: this is your patron report consolidated to list each patron once. The only information provided is contact information. The report allows for easy export into your own database.
Need another type of data? Just let us know and we will see what we can do to help you!
