Angelina Sokivka, Class of 2020
I graduated with a BS in Biology from University of the Sciences/Saint Joe's University. I'm now working as a therapy aide at a brain injury neurorehab. I started at Drexel in a Physician Assistant program in September 2024
Billy Hartner, Class of 2019
I attended Duquesne University where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a Philosophy Minor. Thanks to the CCP dual enrollment program it only took me two years to complete my Bachelor’s. Following undergrad, I enrolled in the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. I graduated with my Juris Doctorate after 3 years of classes and just recently received the news that I passed the PA Bar Exam.
My advice for potential MC² students- Take full advantage of this opportunity. It is one of the best choices you can make to jumpstart your future college and professional career. Once you start the program, don’t get intimidated. The work may seem overwhelming, but if you remember your goals and the fact that you will be two years ahead of everyone else, the hard work and effort is worth every late night. Finally, don’t go at this program alone. Establish a study group that can help with the difficult classes or concepts.
Savannah Zazulak, Class of 2018
I graduated from Bryn Athyn College with my Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education/Special Education and Psychology. I currently work at MaST III where I teach fourth grade ELA/Social Studies.
My advice for potential MC² students- Sometimes it can get really difficult but when you look at the whole picture you will really appreciate the time, effort, and hard work you put into it. You may not end up doing what you went for in the MC² program but the experience, the exposure, etc. will get you so far in the long run. It is also a really good resume builder as well.
Adam Leghzaouni, Class of 2021
I am currently at Drexel University studying Economics. I am on the 3 co-op 5 year program. My first co-op was for Ariva INC, a NYC financial and tax organization aimed to provide services to low income households. And I am currently on my second co-op working at BlackRock in Wilmington, Delaware.
My advice for potential MC² students- I would advise students to not look at this opportunity to just transfer credits and finish college fast, rather to take this opportunity to learn what you want to study or not study.
Olivia Behr, Class of 2022
I went on to attend Arcadia University and am currently majoring in Business Administration with a Management Concentration. I am expected to graduate in Spring 2024.
The MC² program is one of the hardest, but best things I ever did. Although you will go through very tough moments, in the end it is extremely worth it. You have to balance high school course work with the CCP course load, so manage your time wisely. Ask for help when you need it. Work with your fellow classmates that are part of the MC² program. Me and my friends became so close because we worked on almost everything together and it helped so much. If you think you will miss out on important high school milestones because of college classes and too much work, you won’t! We got to do all the fun things in high school as normal! The program may seem intimidating, but it is so so worth it.
Cailey Schoen, Class of 2021
I am currently enrolled in a 3+2 Master’s CTC Program at Thomas Jefferson University. On the side I work at American Eagle as a Senior Brand Ambassador.
My advice for potential MC² students- Only join the program if you believe it will benefit you, and if you believe it has to do with a career path you are interested in.
Alexa Murphy, Class of 2021
I continued my college degree at Chestnut Hill College where I just recently graduated in May of 2023 with a B.A. in Marketing. I now have a full time role as an Event and Membership Coordinator Assistant and hope to learn and grow my career in the Marketing industry.
My advice for potential MC² students- Even if you are not considering the program, take the test and see if you would be eligible. I personally was in between doing it and took the test simply for that reason. Now I am ahead of a majority of the people I graduated high school with. Also, if you are someone who does not want to be in school much longer after high school graduation but still want a job that requires a degree (or even if it doesn’t) this could be a great opportunity (depending on your institution and their transfer policy) to get done a few years earlier by knocking two years out of the way. You could also always use the degree you earn from the program for certain jobs or as a boost to your resume.
Ashley Benny, Class of 2021
After graduation, I attended Temple University, where I am perusing the Pre-PA track with a minor in Genomic Medicine. I'm currently working as a transfer seminar peer leader.
My advice for potential MC² students- I would encourage you to take the MC² program's entrance exam, even if you're unsure about it. Consider whether the program aligns with your long-term goals, weighing the benefits against the dedication it requires. Current MC² students deserve immense credit for their hard work, as completing the program is a notable achievement in itself. Graduation is a well-earned milestone on the horizon. To all current and future MC² students, I wish you the very best in your educational journey and beyond. May your hard work and determination open doors to a promising future
Emily Behr, Class of 2022
I continued on to study Nursing at West Chester University.
My advice for potential MC² students- Just try it out! If you’re interested in CCP, try it out because it could be such a great experience. It was a tough adjustment when I first started, but I learned so much and also got very close with my other classmates that did it too. Another piece of advice is that you have to manage your time well and don’t procrastinate. Professors at CCP aren’t as lenient as high school teachers are, so stay on top of your work while also finding a balance with school and your personal life. Don’t be afraid to ask professors for help, that’s what they’re there for and they like when you ask questions.
Giavonna Maio, Class of 2020
After graduation, I went to Temple University. I am graduating this year with a BS in Computer Science and have a job set up after graduation as an Application Engineer.
My advice for potential MC² students- If you know for sure you want to get into the health field then do the health sciences degree. If you are not sure what you want to do, go for the business degree, it is applicable to more majors. Also, choose a college that takes your transfer credits, you are able to either graduate early or have room to add a double major.
Morgan Micciche, Class of 2023
I continued on to study at Widener University
My advice for potential MC² students- Even though it may seem like a lot of work, and it can be very different from high school classes, keep doing what you are doing because it will be worth it in the end. It is very rewarding
Jordan McCann, Class of 2025
I am in my junior year of college at Holy Family.
My advice for potential MC² students- It's hard to keep up with sometimes and takes a lot out of you, but it is easily the best decision I made in high school. If you can do it, do it. You will not regret it, even if you end up disliking what your degree is in. Having the degree opens so many opportunities.
