Credit Flexibility provides options for high school students to earn graduation credits through alternative ways outside of regularly scheduled classes. Credit Flex options include:

Credit Flex is OPTIONAL and STUDENT DRIVEN.
Credit Flexibility is NOT College Credit Plus (CCP). For more information on CCP, click here.
The National Collegiate Athletic Association has limitations on the types of courses it will accept for athletic eligibility. Please reference the NCAA Eligibility Center for more information regarding specific courses.
Credit Flex Application Deadlines
The Credit Flex Application must be submitted by 11:59pm on the following due dates in order to receive approval:
August 1 (of the given year):
Credit Flex applications for coursework or activities commencing during the first semester of the academic year must be submitted to the Credit Flex Administrator by this date.
December 1 (of the given year):
Credit Flex applications for coursework or activities commencing during the second semester of the academic year must be submitted to the Credit Flex Administrator by this date.
Note: Due to timelines for graduation and appropriate scheduling for seniors, all seniors must complete their credit flex plans by the end of the first semester of their senior year. For this reason, Seniors are not permitted to submit Credit Flex applications for the second semester of their senior year. Students in this category should consult their school counselor to explore alternative options.
May 1 (of the given year):
Credit Flex applications for coursework or activities commencing during the summer session must be submitted to the Credit Flex Administrator by this date.

Credit Flex Completion Deadlines
The Credit Flex Completion Form, including required documentation, must be submitted by the following due dates in order to receive a grade and credit:
Summer Plans - must be completed and submitted by August 1 (of the given year).
First Semester Plans - must be completed and submitted by December 1 (of the given year).
Second Semester Plans - must be completed and submitted by May 1 (of the given year).
