SOAR CARDS
Students can earn individual SOAR cards when displaying positive behaviors and following our school matrix. These can be given out by any teacher.
Students are then able to turn in earned SOAR Cards to boxes by the Art room. Students have 2 options, they can turn in SOAR cards for a general raffle with includes prizes if name is chosen, or they can turn in their SOAR cards into one of our experience boxes.
Hawk of the Month
Each month, all staff members pick one student to be honored as our Hawk of the Month.
The students chosen will be featured in the newsletter and on our school Facebook page. Students picture and a short blurb from the staff as to why they were nominated will be displayed in the school hallway.
Secret Student
Each day I will pick a mystery student. No one in the class will know who it is. If the student of the day is working hard, being kind, etc, then at the end of the day, they will get to pick from the prize box and will also get a Glow Note sent home. Students are chosen at random.
Grade Level Incentive
Feathers are given to the class when students show positive behaviors and/or are following our school matrix. Once a class gets 50 feathers, than a reward is earned for the class.
