Kami is a Chrome extension/app that allows you to annotate PDFs for FREE!
Teachers and students can draw, type, and highlight on any PDF file and save those changes. Now you can assign those PDF files digitally through Google Classroom, have students type their answers, and submit their work digitally!
Also, THROW AWAY THAT DOCUMENT CAMERA!! Now you can do it all digitally

Setup Kami: Sign in & adjust a Google Drive setting
Assign & Grade: Attach a PDF & select "Make a copy for each student."

Complete work in Google Classroom: This is a tad clunky with the free version of Kami. Students have to press save and THEN go submit in Classroom.
