What is it?

Google Classroom is a digital classroom that allows teachers to post assignments, collect work, provide feedback, and grade submissions.

HOW DO I?

• Create a Class

• Add Students

  • By Code: Students enter a code to join your class

  • By Email: Invite students using their email

• Add a Topic: Topics organize your assignments into units. *Stop posting everything in the stream!!*

• Create an Assignment: Assignments allow students to submit work digitally

  • Basic Assignment: Give instructions and allow students to upload a file they have created.

  • Advanced Assignments: Add attachments to your assignment, including files, videos, and links.

  • Push out a Digital Template: Skip the copier! Google Classroom will copy a file for each student, and place it on their Google Drive.

• Grade Assignments: Classroom has its own grade book. The interface allows you to view a student's work, provide feedback, and move to the next student.
