One of the most common problems we see in the MAC is students who are unhappy with their most recent test or quiz score. Determining what is causing that lower than desired test or quiz score is the first step in solving the problem. Often, students are NOT defining the roadblock correctly, leading them to solve the problem incorrectly. Look at the chart to the left to see the most common problem (lower than desired test scores) and also the most common ROADBLOCKS that are causing that outcome.
