Technology Notification Letter

Hello Students & Parents!

This year, I am using Google Classroom to establish my digital classroom. Google Classroom is an educational Website that allows teachers, parents, & students to connect and collaborate to enhance student achievement. The website is accessible via your computers and/or Mobile Devices.

In addition to Google Classroom, we will also be using Turnitin.com, and EdPuzzle. Instructions for creating the Turnitin.com & NoRedInk accounts are given below, EdPuzzle I will import classes from Google Classroom for students to access.

Below you will find sign-on information. Students are required to set up their accounts by Tuesday, August 21st, 2017.

Google Classroom:

6 Digit Class Code

1. Navigate to classroom.google.com
2. Log in to Classroom with school Google account.
3. Click the + sign in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
4. Enter the 6 digit class code.

TurnItin.com Instructions:

CHECK HEADING ABOVE TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ENROLLING IN THE CORRECT CLASS!

Go to: www.turnitin.com

At the main screen, input your login name and password. Your login/user name would be an email address (NOT MARIAN GOOGLE ACCOUNT). If you do not remember your password, try to reset it. If you can’t reset it and need to email it to yourself, please hold off registering until this evening.

Enrolling in our class:

1. Select the “enroll in class” button
2. Turnitin class ID:
3. Turnitin classroom enrollment password: english3 Click “Next” button.

When you are ready to submit your paper:

1. Select class link
2. Select Assignment Name
3. Select “File Upload”

You will need to select your file and click upload twice. Any questions, see me!
