Central idea: Celebrations can enhance the way we see the world.

A wonderful last week of the term in Year 1 with snow and our Nativity show across EYFS and KS1. The children were amazing and really showed their acting and musical talents. Well done to each and everyone that took part. This last week was also filled with a lot of snow and ice, the children really were so excited and came back to school speaking all about the snowmen that they had been building. In maths we have finished our learning on 2D shapes and 3D shapes. The children made some interesting pictures out of 2D shapes and were able to label the picture saying what shapes they used and how many. The children have really given it their all this term and have been absolute stars. I hope you all enjoy your break and come back ready to continue the amazing learning that you all do everyday.
