The recent 9th Convocation Cum Award Ceremony held at Manovikas School for Inclusion in 2024 has been a remarkable event. It was an honor to witness the recognition of exceptional teaching and the appreciation of outstanding educators, like Iqra Khan who received the prestigious "Best Teacher Award for Creativity and Technology". This award truly reflects the school's vision of promoting a dynamic and innovative learning atmosphere.

मैंने अपनी पढ़ाई के बाद ही एक शिक्षिका के रूप में कार्य प्रारंभ किया हैं l मेरी आरंभ से ही अध्यापिका के रूप में कार्य करने में रूचि थी, परन्तु मैं विशेष बच्चों के साथ काम करना चाहती थी इसलिए मैंने विशेष शिक्षा में( बी.एड) किया l  विशेष शिक्षा में( बी.एड) करने के बाद ही मुझे मनोविकास में कार्य करने का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ l मनोविकास से जुड़ने के बाद मेरा अनुभव बहुत अच्छा रहा l मनोविकास से जुड़कर मैंने विशेष बच्चो के साथ काम करना प्रारंभ किया पूर्व में विशेष बच्चो के साथ किसी भी प्रकार का अनुभव न होने के कारण शुरुआत  में मुझे थोड़ी परेशानी भी हुई, परन्तु सभी टीम सदस्यो के सहयोग से मैं अपने कार्य को अच्छे से करने में सफल हुई l आरंभ में मैंने aryush के साथ काम प्रारंभ किया जो एक बहुत ही हाइपर एक्टिवर बच्चा हैं l मैंने उसका अवलोकन किया l उसकी जरुरत को समझा व उनको पूरा करने का प्रयास किया l मनोविकास के साथ जुड़कर मुझे सिर्फ एक ही विशेषता नहीं अपितु भिन्न - भिन्न  विशेषता  के बच्चों के साथ काम करने का अनुभव प्राप्त हुआ
