🔸Before the session please find an open ,ventilated and properly lit space for Dance at your home
🔸Wear loose clothes
🔸Warm up and Stretch the body before starting the session Drink Water

How to join Manbhavan?
Any individual with a disability themselves or their family members or friends or interested in joining Manbhavan there is a simple step to submit the Registration Form.
This is FREE and only for persons with disability
If you are unable to access the registration form, that would mean the Manbhavan
sessions capacity of 500 seats has already been met. Please try for the next registration.
Please note in case of non-disabled person and writing NO in the answer of availability of disability certificate the form will not take any further details
