- We will be respectful of each other and open-minded to individual experiences in order to accept feedback through collaboration.
- We will communicate openly and honestly, and provide feedback that is timely, constructive, and specific.
- We will hold ourselves accountable and take ownership of our learning and support each other in our learning journeys.
- We will work collaboratively to create an environment that is welcoming, challenging, supportive, inclusive and equitable to ALL scholars' needs.
- We will be mindful of time and keep each other accountable to the timeframe of the agenda.
- Emphasize the purpose of what is being learned and its relationship to the students’ experience.

The five questions that guide our work within PLCs:
Where are we going?
Where are we now?
How do we move learning forward?
What did we learn today?
Who benefited and who did not benefit?
Our PLCs collaborate weekly with a belief of shared responsibility that all scholars can learn at a high level. We utilize the 5 guiding questions to ensure we are focused on improving the effectiveness and equity of our practices for the benefit of all scholars.
We are professionals and experts in our field, but we are always learning and growing in our understanding of what best serves students. Our PLCs are driven by the desire to better serve our students, our families, and each other through lifelong learning.
