Google Forms (GoogleDrive) Build surveys with many different types of questions: multiple-choice, open- ended text questions, a rating scale, dropdown menus, or a list of checkboxes to allow for multiple selections. You can also include photos and embed YouTube videos right into your questions. Forms are stored within Google Drive, and once responses have been collected, you can export them to a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
Peergrade (web) A platform where students can evaluate each other’s work anonymously. You create an assignment, specify your feedback criteria and open the assignment for submission. Your students submit their work which can be anything from Word documents to YouTube videos. Peergrade automatically assigns work between the students, ensuring that everyone will get feedback. The students give feedback to the work assigned to them using the feedback criteria. When the peer feedback process is over, the students receive all the feedback given to their work. As a teacher, you get the complete overview of the quality of assignments and what feedback was given.

Collect responses via your website, e-mail or on your iPad or iPhone Polldaddy shows you the results with bar graphs, percentages, total number of people who answered or skipped a question.
Typeform (web, iOS, Android) Useful for surveys you create and distribute online, with many options for how these surveys look and behave, making the experience for survey respondents a lot more fun. For example, “picture choice” allows you to insert images as answer choices, rather than just A, B, C, or D. Another option is to embed photos, videos, or icons within a question. Typeform surveys are also mobile-responsive, designed to adjust to whatever device you are on.
SurveyMonkey (web, iOS, Android) This is an easily navigated tool to survey groups with a short questionnaire in a wide variety of styles. While the free version has a limit of 10 questions you can ask and 100 responses collectable, you have a good assortment of question structures and formatting. The survey is sent out either by email, or from a secure web based link. Once the survey has been completed, you can aggregate the data into a series of graphs and stats, which is customisable. While the results cannot be exported in the free version, a simple screen grab can easily capture the data.
