Equilibrium Calculations
Equilibrium.4 - Equilibrium Calculations
By the end of this section, you will be able to:
- Identify the changes in concentration or pressure that occur for chemical species in equilibrium systems
- Calculate equilibrium concentrations or pressures and equilibrium constants, using various algebraic approaches
The resources below are provided to aid you in your mastery of course content. None of it is 'required,' so to speak. It is all provided for you to use as you wish. As we will be doing a lot of small group work in class, it is HIGHLY recommended that you read the text, look through the slides, and watch these videos BEFORE we cover them in lecture. The worksheets provided here will make up much of the basis of our in-class work.
Slides are the raw material from which I build my lectures. Actual in class lecture slides may end up quite different. The slides provided here are intended to provide an introduction to the material before we cover it in lecture. (Annotated slides will be provided after lecture.)
When available, Reading Guides are provided to assist you in taking and organizing notes as you read the textbook.
Recorded lectures are from other chemistry education professionals.
