We also have a QR Code on the Printing Desk so we don't have to always give out physical copies for printing instructions.

Pay for Print Instructions

Phil Station

Accept Cash / Card. For card: $10 minimum || For cash: $1, $5, $10, $20 dollar bills are accepted
Bulldog Bucks card can be purchased through the Phil Station too. There will be a $1 fee for the card. If you put $10 into Phil Station to buy the card the balance of the Bulldog Bucks card is going to be $9 only because $1 is the purchase fee.
After the Bulldog Bucks card has been dispensed from the Phil Station, remember to always swipe the card to top up the money into the card.

Printer Error

Printers will have an error code (Red light blinking) once in a while due to many reasons.
Usually the display of printers will let you know what the errors are.
If it is paper jammed, just follow the instructions on the screen. Open up the cover of printer and remove the jammed paper carefully.
If the red light is blinking, click on Status/Monitor Printer button on the lower left of the screen and select a different paper slot, that should solve the issue.

Refund Form

We use this form when students reload their Bulldog bucks card / Student ID card, but the balance did not show up or updated on the server. In that case, please let them fill out this refund form and make sure all the information is being filled as they are necessary for the process of refund. After that, scan and send the completed refund form to Armando at armando_dealba@mail.fresnostate.edu through the printer at DISCOVERe Hub. Below attached is the refund form in case you need to print them out:

We don't issue REFUND if students want their remaining balance on the card back. We only issue refund when there is an error on the server.
