Zoom

Many students come in and have issues logging into Zoom. This is usually a simple fix. Use the attached instructions as a guide when helping them. First, they will click on the Zoom app on their device. When it opens, they'll click "Sign in". When doing so, they will sign in with SSO. It will ask for a domain, and you'll put in "fresnostate". From there, it will take them to the Campus Login system, where they'll sign in using their Fresno State username and password. After that, they will be signed into zoom on their FSU account.
