Question: How can I check out a CSUCCESS iPad?
Answer: Only freshman and transfer students are eligible to check out a CSUCCESS iPad. If you are eligible, you can go ahead and use the link found on our website to make an appointment to pick up the device OR we can provide you with a flyer that has a QR code that you can scan to then make an appointment to pick one up.
Question: How can I check out a DISCOVERe iPad?
Answer: You can checkout a DISCOVERe iPad if you are enrolled in a DISCOVERe course.
Question: I lost my CSUCESS iPad keyboard, can I get another one?
Answer: A new keyboard may not be available however, you may be provided with a used or older keyboard if one is available.
Question: I've damaged my iPad, can I get another one?
(CSUCCESS): You may not get another CSUCCESS iPad however, you may be checked out a DISCOVERe iPad instead. Be sure to fill out the Damaged Device Google form found on our website Damaged Device Form.

Question: My iPad has been stolen/ lost, what should I do next?
Answer: File a police report and attach a copy of it in the Lost or Stolen Device Form. The form can be found on our website Lost or Stolen Device Form.

Question: I recently got approved for and checked out a Hotspot however, it is not working, what can I do?

Question: My Hotspot has been stolen/ lost or damaged, what should I do?
Answer: Fill out the Damaged Device Form OR the Lost or Stolen Device Form accordingly.
Question: I am trying to take an exam using Lockdown Browser, which computers can I use?
Answer: You may use the computers on the second floor, located in the South Wing.
Question: Who can I talk to about getting my student ID card? Where is the office located?
Answer: You can call (559) 278-5608. The office is located at the Cashiering Services windows in Joyal Administration, South Lobby.
Question: Who can I talk to about student housing?
Answer: You can call (559) 278-2345.
Question: I forgot my Fresno State username or password, can you help me recover/ change them?
Answer: Unfortunately we cannot help you in that regard however, you can contact Technology Services at (559) 278-5000.
Question: How can I connect to the Wi-Fi? Is the Bulldogs Wi-Fi the only one I can use?
Answer: Yes, the Bulldogs Wi-Fi is the only one you would be able to connect to. After you connect to Bulldogs, open your browser and search up "www.fresnostate.edu". Once here, click where it says "Need to register as a guest?" and follow directions. You will be asked for your name, phone number, mobile carrier and email address. This will create an account that you will be able to use for future occasions.
Question: Which computers in the library can I use?
Answer: Our guest patrons are able to use the computers locater on the left side. To do so, you would need to go to the Circulation desk to get a login for the computers.
Question: How can I access and use the public computers?
Answer: At the circulation desks, student assistants will be able to create an account for you and give you a code that can be used to log into the guest computers.
Question: Can I print? How?
Answer: To print, you would have to purchase a Bulldog Bucks card at one of our PHIL Stations. The card is $1 and you would also add on top of that the amount you would need for printing. Printing for Black and White pages are 12¢per page. Color pages are 55¢ per page.
Question: Where is the disability office located?
Answer: It is located on the first floor of the library in the South Wing, on the left side.
Question: Where can I receive in-person assistance regarding my student ID card?
Answer: The office is located at the Cashiering Services windows in Joyal Administration, South Lobby.
