Check Acuity for appointments

Ask them to fill out the request form on our website if they didn't have an appointment
Make sure to click Check In on CHEQROOM.
If the hotspot is NOT IN CHEQROOM, then set it aside with a note that says that it's not in CHEQROOM

To check if a student is eligible or not, ask for their student ID and look them up in CHEQROOM
If they say they are freshmen but not in CHEQROOM, get their student ID and email to Armando. Armando will reach out to them for further instructions
Make sure the Apple ID is signed out from the device. If the device is not charged, have them wait until it turns on OR come back another day to return.
Make sure to click Check In on CHEQROOM.
Clean and wipe the device after check in
Reset the device and setup using fssetup
Students with DISCOVERe Courses only

If not, they have to fill out the DISCOVERe Tablet Request Form
Check out for a semester only (Dec 22)
Make sure the iPad is wiped and Apple ID is signed out
FSSETUP the iPad
Put them into the Return Cart
