Providing a fitness-based workout designed to improve your child’s fitness level is our main goal and focus of the Morning Workout Club. Building confidence and learning proper movements help students to understand the importance of working out at an early age! We hope that every student leaves the gym loving fitness so much they're teaching their parents at home!
Interval training involves short rest periods followed by a time where you work as hard as you can to get your heart rate up. This is what we will be doing in the Morning Workout Club! 10 stations will be set up around the gym. Students will workout at each station for 1:15 seconds and rest for 45 seconds. While students are resting they clean up their stations and move onto the next station. Then they get ready to go hard for 1:15 seconds when the music begins to play.
Building students knowledge about all different types of workout movements is very important. This is why we change up the stations periodically! As the year progresses they will learn more and more! If you'd like to come workout with your student, you can! Sign up to volunteer below!
