Where Can I Get Help?

We all need a little help sometimes. Please click through the tabs below to see your options for getting help with homework problems, accessing technical support, and utilizing the support resources at CCSF.

Homework Help

If you are struggling with a homework assignment or anything at all, there are several ways for you to get help:

  1. Watch an example video of a similar problem to see how it's done. Every lesson has multiple videos of example problems.

  2. Ask for help in the weekly discussion forum. This is a great place to ask for help because everybody benefits from the answer.

  3. Ask a classmate (via Pronto or by making a study group).

  4. Ask me a question during our Thursday Zoom check-ins.

  5. Ask our wonderful TA Dana a question during her Zoom check-ins.

  6. Make an appointment with a tutor through the Online Math Lab.

  7. Send me a message via WebAssign or Canvas. If you're struggling with a particular problem in WebAssign, it's best to click on the "Ask Your Teacher" button for that problem, so I can see the exact problem you're working on. Please include your calculations so that I can figure out where you're struggling.

WebAssign Help

If you need help with WebAssign, our Cengage representatives will be hosting office hours on Zoom to help you out! Information can be found below:
