Learning Objective: Students will be able to analyze experimental data from three gas investigations (Boyle’s, Charles’s, and Gay-Lussac’s Laws) and formulate the Combined Gas Law equation
In other words we will explore how pressure, temperature, and volume affect gases and discover how all three relationships combine into one equation.
NYS Standard:
HS-PS1-9 Analyze data to support the claim that the combined gas law describes the relationships among volume, pressure, and temperature for a sample of an ideal gas
ISTE Student:
1.5 Computational Thinker – Students use data analysis and abstract models to solve problems.
1.6 Creative Communicator – Students use digital tools to communicate complex ideas visually.
