I believe that teaching is about more than delivering content — it’s about building connections, creating trust, and nurturing growth. Every student brings unique strengths, experiences, and potential to the classroom, and it’s my role to create an environment where they feel safe to take risks, ask questions, and be themselves.
My approach to teaching is grounded in empathy, equity, and high expectations. I aim to meet students where they are while helping them stretch beyond what they think is possible. I use culturally responsive practices, hands-on learning, and real-world connections to make lessons meaningful and inclusive.
Above all, I believe in the power of relationships — when students know their teacher believes in them, they’re more willing to believe in themselves.
