THE COMMON APPLICATION OPENS FOR THE CLASS OF 2026 ON AUGUST 1, 2025!
Beginning August 1, 2025 you can create your Common Application account at www.commonapp.org and begin completing the "Common Application General Application."

When creating your Common Application account, this account must be registered with your child's personal email account and not a parent’s email account.

Please refer to this "MHS Common Application FAQ Handout" while completing your “Common Application General Application.”
After you have decided which colleges you are applying to, then you can can add them to your "My Colleges list" on the Common Application and be ready to submit.
Don't forget to match Naviance with your Common Application account.
Please use the Common Application whenever possible!
Your School Counselor will review this and other important information related to the Common Application when you return in September during your Senior Individual Conference student work session.
