SUNY invites students and their families to join them for SUNY Financial Aid Days. SUNY campus experts across the state will be hosting in-person events on November 22nd and December 6th.
These events are free and open to all New Yorkers seeking hands-on assistance with FAFSA completion, regardless of whether they applied to SUNY or the campus hosting the event. Students can register at SUNY Student Events.

FREE APPLICATION WEEK
OCTOBER 20 - NOVEMBER 3, 2025:
From October 20th - November 3rd, 2025: Students can apply to up to five SUNY campuses with no application fee. This includes all campuses, no matter which application vehicle the student uses. Details are available here: www.suny.edu/apply.

Please remember that students can submit their application during the free application week period, but supplemental materials such as transcripts and letters of recommendation may be submitted after Free Application Week.

November 10 to November 21 - Application waiver for all New York State public and private high schools
Beginning Monday, November 10, 2025 and ending Friday, November 21, 2025, CUNY is offering an application waiver for all New York State public and private high schools.
Students can apply to CUNY with no application fee.
