If paying by check, please include a driver's license number and phone number on the front of the check. Checks should be made out to James Clemens High School Band and mailed to:

Payment can be made online by following the link in the registration form. The screenshots below may be helpful in navigating the online payment portal.
Click "Proceed to Payment Page"
Choose "JCHS Extracurricular Activities"
Fill out the student information, then choose "Band" from the list of electives.
Choose "Madison Music Camp" then scroll to the bottom of the page to complete the payment!
