About the camp...

Madison Music Camp is a week-long band camp for rising 6th graders through rising 9th graders. The camp is held at James Clemens High School.

 For students starting band in the upcoming fall semester, our beginning camp offers them a chance to get a headstart on the basics of their instrument while learning how much FUN band can be.

In addition to being led in rehearsals by our Madison City middle school directors, beginning campers will also have the chance to learn from area professionals in small group rehearsals and demonstrations.

 For students who have one or more years of playing experience, our Advanced Camp offers several opportunities to continue advancing their musical skills. All advanced campers will perform in an ensemble, get high-quality instruction from area professionals, and choose from a variety of electives to enjoy in the morning and afternoon.

 All campers will have lunch provided, receive a camp t-shirt, and perform a concert on the last day of camp. You'll be amazed at what they can accomplish in just a few short days!
