Junior Conference- Share and discuss Post High School Plan with Counselor- held Dec.- Feb.

Plan and prepare for ACT- MSCR ACT Club, College/ Career Center, along with some core classes.

Explore college and careers goals- update goals and plans in an effort to best goal set for the ACT.

Take ACT- Spring of Junior year

Personal Essay- Begin drafting personal essay in English 3

College Bootcamp- Aug. before Senior Year

Future Planning Event- held in Eng. 4 early fall. Goal of event is to complete essential task related to goal after graduation. (ex: resume, college application, FAFSA, and much more!)

Senior Survey- Pre and post survey from Future Planning event to capture students current plans, as well as further supports needed.

Senior Support- Continuing support and follow up of Seniors from LHS support staff. Tracking completion of essential task.

Senior Action Plan Completion- Senior action plan started in Future Planning week finalized and turned in to share out post high school plan.- Spring

Senior Exit Fair- Seniors share out their action plan in an interview/ round table format. Celebrate their accomplishments and gather graduation materials!

Graduation! Celebrate and send off Lancer onto success beyond LHS!
